Reflexology

A method based upon the theory that certain zones of the feet, hands, or head correspond to specific organs, glands, and other vital systems in your body. The therapist applies specific pressure to manipulate these zones, or "reflexes" to release blocked energy and toxins. Many of our clients find reflexology treatments to be relaxing as well as beneficial to their overall health and well-being.

The Half and Half

This is one of our more popular treatments. We combine reflexology and massage in one healing treatment. The therapist starts with a soothing half hour massage and ends on the feet in a half hour reflexology treatment, focusing on key muscles and zones to bring you the maximum benefit from both styles of therapy.

Ear Candling

The ancient practice of ear candling was used in countries like the Orient, Italy, Czech Republic, and Mexico. Ear Candles are used to clean ears, and is believed to help with various ear disorders. Using candles is generally more comfortable and less expensive than conventional ear cleaning where water is forced into the ear canal. They are being used in nursing homes, alternate health centers, and wellness spas. They are rapidly gaining in popularity.

Aromashaping

Aromashaping is the process of pushing built up excess CO2 through the body allowing our cells to shrink back to their normal size. CO2 is in our body naturally and is normally processed without

a problem, however, some of the CO2 can get held up in our cells expanding them up to 100X their size. With the application of six essential oils, along with dry brushing, deep breathing, and soft tissue manipulation, we release excess CO2 built up in the cells. You will automatically see firmer skin and a reduction of inches that lasts for 4-6 months!
